Day 01 Arrive Mumbai (By Flight)

Day 02 Mumbai – Elephanta Island – Mumbai (By Ferry) (40 min-One Way)
After breakfast departure by AC vehicle for excursion to Elephanta Island.

Elephanta Caves: The rock-cut temples on Elephanta Island, 9 km northeast of the Apollo bunder, are Mumbai’s major tourist attraction. The Portuguese renamed it Elephanta because of a large stone elephant near the shore. This statue collapsed in 1814, and the British removed the remaining pieces to the Victoria Gardens where it was reassembled and still stands today most famous of the panels is the impassive Trimurti, or Triple-headed Shiva, where the God also takes the role of Brahma the creator and Vishnu the preserver. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 03 Mumbai – Aurangabad (By Flight)
Early morning transfer to airport to board the flight to Aurangabad. On arrival check into your hotel. In the afternoon, drive to Ellora caves to visit Buddhist, Hindu and Jain.

Ellora caves, 34 in number, are carved into the sides of a basaltic hill, 30 kms from Aurangabad. The finest specimens of cave – temple architecture, they house elaborate facades and exquisitely adorned interiors. These structures representing the three faiths of Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism, were carved during the 350 AD to 700 AD period. The 12 caves to the south are Buddhist, the 17 in the centre dedicated to Hinduism, and the 5 caves to the north are Jain. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04 Aurangabad – Ajanta – Jalgaon  (By Road) (160 kms / 4 hrs approx)
In the morning after breakfast drive to Ajanta, another beautiful site’s World Heritage of Unesco: 30 caves cut into the rock.

Ajanta: 29 caves were built as secluded retreats of the Buddhist monks, who taught and performed rituals in the Chaityas and Viharas, the ancient seats of learning, and nerve – centers of the Buddhist cultural movement. Using simple tools like hammer and chisel, the monks carved out the impressive figures adorning the walls of these structures. Many of the caves house panels depicting stories from the Jatakas, a rich mine of tales of the several incarnations of the Buddha. Images of nymphs and princesses amongst others are also elaborately portrayed.

Later drive towards Jalgoan. On arrival check in at the hotel for Overnight.

Day 05 Jalgaon – Mandu (By Road) (148 kms / 04 hrs approx)
After morning breakfast drive by private AC vehicle towards Mandu.

Mandu – Perched along the Vindhya ranges at an altitude of 2,000 feet, Mandu, with its natural defenses, was originally the fort capital of the Parmar rulers of Malwa.

The Royal Enclave Jahaz Mahal This 120 mt long “ship palace” built between the two artificial lakes. Hindola Mahal An audience hall, also belonging to Ghiyas-ud-din’s reign, it derives its name of “swinging palace” from its sloping sidewalls. The Central Group Hoshang Shah’s Tomb-India’s first marble edifice, it is one of the most refined examples of Afghan architecture. Shah Jehan sent four of his great architects to study the design of and draw inspiration from the Tomb. Among them was Ustad Hamid, who was also associated with the construction of Taj Mahal.

Day 06 Mandu – Indore (By Road) (99 kms / 03 hrs approx)
After morning breakfast visit Mandu, “ghost town” surrounded by ramparts and perched atop a hill.

Day 07 Indore – Bhopal (By Road) (186 kms / 04 hrs approx)

Indore – Planned and built by Rani Ahilyabai, the brave Holkar queen, Indore lies to the extreme west of Madhya Pradesh on the banks of the rivers Saraswati and Khan which unite at the centre of the city. This 200 year oldseven-storeyhistoric palace of the Holkars is built-in a mixture of Muslim, Marathaand French styles. Day 08 Bhopal – Jhansi (By Train)  / Jhansi – Orchha (16 kms / 30 mins)
After morning breakfast Transfer to Railway station to catch the train for Jhansi (Depart on 09:15 AM / Arrive Jhansi @ 13:35 PM). On Arrival meet & assist and transfer to the small town of Orchha. Check into your hotel.

Early morning boat rides on river Ganges.

Ganges: Ghats are the steps on the bank of Ganges which lead down to the river, from where the pilgrims make their sin-cleaning dip in the holy water of the river.

Return to hotel and after breakfast city tour of Varanasi & Sarnath.

Sarnath: One of the major Buddhist centers in India. Having achieved enlightenment in Bodhgaya, it was at Sarnath where Buddha came to preach his message of the middle way to final Nirvana. Later emperor Ashoka erected many magnificent stupas and other buildings here. Sarnath was at its peak when Chinese travellers Fa hian and Hiuen Tsang visited the site. Overnight at hotel.

Day 12 Varanasi – Delhi (By Flight) / Depart Delhi
Afternoon transfer to airport for flight to Delhi. Arrive Delhi & transfer to International airport for flight to back home.

Among the most beloved is the imposition of Dhamekh stupa , adorned with delicate floral carvings on the bottom, and Mahabodhi Stupa Chaukhandi Society Mulgandha Kuti Vihar Temple. Sarnath has also a rich collection consists of numerous Buddha and Bodhisattva images , which can be seen in the Archaeological Museum , Sarnath Buddhist sculptures .

Day 03 Varanasi – Khajuraho (By Flight)
Early morning during sunrise proceed for boatride in holy river ganges.
Later Durga temple on the way back to hotel. Breakfast at the hotel and intime transfer to airport to connect flight for Khajuraho. On arrival in Khajuraho pickup from airport and transfer to hotel. Later do city tour of Khajuraho with guide visit Unesco 11th century temple complex.

Khajuraho – The temples in Khajuraho are divided into three complexes. The most popular temple complex in Khajuraho of the three is the western complex on the western side as the name suggests, which houses the Kandariya Mahadeva Temple – the largest temple at Khajuraho.

The eastern group of temples of Khajuraho is about half an hour away from the western temple comples. Brahma Temple, Vamana & Javari Temples and the Parshvanatha Temple the largest Jain temple in Khajuraho is in the eastern complex.

The Southern group of temples in Khajuraho is located slightly away from the other groups of temples. Duladeo and Chaturbhuj temples are the main temples in the southern group of temples in Khajuraho. The Duladeo or “the newly married woman” is a Shiva temple.

Day 04  Khajuraho-Orchha-Jhansi (193 Km/ 4 hrs) / Jhansi-Agra (By Train)
Morning after breakfast drive by bus to Jhansi Train station enroute visiting town of Orcha, here you will see temples, old town etc. Evening connect Shatabdi Express train for Agra. Upon arrival in Agra pickup from train station and transfer to hotel.

Orchha – was founded in the 16th century by the Bundela Rajput chieftain, Rudra Pratap, who chose this stretch of land along the Betwa river as an ideal site for his capital. Of the succeeding rulers, the
most notable was Raja Bir Singh Ju Deo who built the exquisite Jehangir Mahal, a tiered palace crowned by graceful chhatris. From here the view of soaring temple spires and cenotaphs is
spectacular. Jehangir Mahal built by Raja Bir Singh Ju Deo in the 17th century to commemorate the visit of Emperor Jehangir to Orchha.

Day 05 Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Jaipur (By Road) (235 Kms. / 4.5 hr. appx.)
Morning after breakfast checkout from hotel and proceed for local sighting of Agra visiting Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Later drive by bus to Jaipur enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri and on arrival check-in at hotel.

Agra, a romantic city in India, is known for the marble edifice ‘Taj Mahal’ Besides Taj Mahal, Agra is also known for the Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri, the red sandstone city made by Emperor Akbar. Agra is a medieval city situated on the banks of the river Yamuna. Sultan Sikandar Lodi, the Ruler of Delhi Sultanate founded it in the year 1504. After the sultan’s death the city passed on to his son Sultan Ibrahim Lodi who ruled his Sultanate from Agra until he fell fighting to Babur in the First battle of Panipat fought in 1526.

Taj Mahal – Described as the most extravagant monument ever built for love, it was constructed by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan as a memorial to his queen Mumtaz Mahal, made out of white marble took 22 years to complete 1630-1652 AD. Ustad Ahamad Lahori, a Persian Architect, is said to be the main designer and planner for this magnificent memorial. On full moon nights, the glory of the Taj is at its best. Over the centuries, the Taj has attracted more visitors than perhaps any other Monuments in the country, and it is all too easy resort to conventional superlatives when describing it.

Agra fort – Construction of the massive red sandstone Agra Fort on the bank of the Yamuna River was begun by Emperor Akbar in 1565, though additions were made up until the rule of his grandson, Shah Jahan. In Akbar’s time the fort was principally a military structure, but during Shah Jaha regin it had partially become Palace. It is an imposing strcture with walls of red sandstone almost three kilometers long. Entered through the Amar Singh Gate, the eastern part of the fort contains palace, audience hall and mosques built by three emperors

Fatehpur Sikri – Built by Emperor Akbar in 1569, was the old capital of the Moghuls, which was abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. The sloping levels of the city were connected into terraces which were utilized for various complexes such as Jami masjid, Buland-Darwazah and tomb of Sheikh Salim Chishti; Khass Mahal, Shahi-Bazar, Mina-Bazar, the Panch-Mahal, Khwabgah, Diwan-i-Khass, Anup-Talao, Chaupar and Diwan-i-Am. The efficient system of drainage and water supply adopted here suggest an extremely intelligent town-planning by the Mughal emperor.

Day 06 Jaipur
Breakfast at the hotel and proceed for excursion to Amber fort, enjoy Elephant ride to climb the fort. Later proceed for city tour visiting City palace, Observatory and Palace of winds. Rest of the day free.

Jaipur the vibrant capital of Rajasthan is popularly known as the ‘ Pink City ‘ because of the pink-coloured buildings in its old city. It sits on a dry lake bed in a somewhat arid landscape, surrounded by barren hills surmounted by forts and crenellated walls.

Amber Fort – Amber is located at a distance of 11 kilometers from Jaipur and was the old fort of the Kachhwaha clan of Amber, which used to be the capital, till it was moved to Jaipur. The construction of the Amber Fort began in the year 1592 and was started by Man Singh I, but it was finished by his descendant Jai Singh.

City Palace which has museum having an extensive collection of art, carpets, enamel ware and weapons.

Jantar Mantar – the observatory built my Maharaja Jai Singh in 1728 and the façade of Hawa Mahal.

JALMAHAL – 6 kms on the way to Amer, this small palace is set in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. Renovation around the lake is in progress.

Hawa Mahal – The palace is shaped like a pyramid and is a five-storied building, with number of small windows and screens, with arched roofs. As one looks at this building, one realizes that the rear side of the building is comparatively very plain and lacks much of ornamentation

Day 07 Jaipur – Mumbai – Aurangabad (By Flight)
Early morning pick up from hotel and transfer to airport to connect flight for Mumbai.
On arrival in Mumbai pick-up from airport and you will be taken for breakfast near airport. Later proceed for sightseeing of Mumbai with guide visiting Dhobi Ghat, Hanging gardens, Mani bhawan, Victoria Terminus and Gateway of India.
Later transfer back to airport to connect flight for Aurangabad. On arrival pick up from airport and transfer to hotel.

Gateway of India- the Gateway of India is the main attraction of Mumbai city. It was built to commemorate the visit of King George V and Queen Mary for the Delhi Durbar in 1911. Situated at the Apollo Bunder, the gateway holds greater historical significance as the last of the British troops that left India by sea, marched through its portals.

Dhobi Ghat – Dhobi Ghat A unique feature of Mumbai, the dhobi is a traditional laundryman, who will collect your dirty linen, wash it, and return it neatly pressed to your doorstep. All for a pittance. The “laundries” are called “ghats”: row upon row of concrete wash pens, each fitted with its own flogging stone. The clothes are soaked in sudsy water, thrashed on the flogging stones, then tossed into huge vats of boiling starch and hung out to dry.

Victoria Terminus Shivaji Terminus – Victoria Terminus was opened on January 1st, 1882 as the main railway station of Mumbai. Designed by F.W. Stevens, this Gothic building facial appearance carvings of peacocks, gargoyles, monkeys, and lions. Domes, turrets, spires and stained glass windows are other architectural items of note. The technique of the Victoria Terminus is more like a house of worship than a railway station.

Hanging Gardens – The Hanging Gardens makes another must see site in Mumbai. The park was built during the early 1880s over Mumbai’s main reservoir at the top of the Malabar Hills. The reason of its location being to cover the water from the potentially contaminating activity of the nearby Towers of Silence.

Mani Bhavan, located in Mumbai Maharashtra State is one of the most important Gandhi Memorial Museum’s in the country. Being, at one time the residence of the Father of the Nation, it is now a source of inspiration for freedom and peace loving men and women from all over the world.

Sarnath: One of the major Buddhist centers in India. Having achieved enlightenment in Bodhgaya, it was at Sarnath where Buddha came to preach his message of the middle way to final Nirvana. Agra, a romantic city in India, is known for the marble edifice ‘Taj Mahal’ Besides Taj Mahal, Agra is also known for the Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri, the red sandstone city made by Emperor Akbar. Agra is a medieval city situated on the banks of the river Yamuna. Sultan Sikandar Lodi, the Ruler of Delhi Sultanate founded it in the year 1504. After the sultan’s death the city passed on to his son Sultan Ibrahim Lodi who ruled his Sultanate from Agra until he fell fighting to Babur in the First battle of Panipat fought in 1526.

Taj Mahal – Described as the most extravagant monument ever built for love, it was constructed by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan as a memorial to his queen Mumtaz Mahal, made out of white marble took 22 years to complete 1630-1652 AD. Ustad Ahamad Lahori, a Persian Architect, is said to be the main designer and planner for this magnificent memorial. On full moon nights, the glory of the Taj is at its best. Over the centuries, the Taj has attracted more visitors than perhaps any other Monuments in the country, and it is all too easy resort to conventional superlatives when describing it.

Agra fort – Construction of the massive red sandstone Agra Fort on the bank of the Yamuna River was begun by Emperor Akbar in 1565, though additions were made up until the rule of his grandson, Shah Jahan. In Akbar’s time the fort was principally a military structure, but during Shah Jaha regin it had partially become Palace. It is an imposing strcture with walls of red sandstone almost three kilometers long. Entered through the Amar Singh Gate, the eastern part of the fort contains palace, audience hall and mosques built by three emperors

Fatehpur Sikri – Built by Emperor Akbar in 1569, was the old capital of the Moghuls, which was abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. The sloping levels of the city were connected into terraces which were utilized for various complexes such as Jami masjid, Buland-Darwazah and tomb of Sheikh Salim Chishti; Khass Mahal, Shahi-Bazar, Mina-Bazar, the Panch-Mahal, Khwabgah, Diwan-i-Khass, Anup-Talao, Chaupar and Diwan-i-Am. The efficient system of drainage and water supply adopted here suggest an extremely intelligent town-planning by the Mughal emperor.

Day 05 Agra – Gwalior – Orchha (By Road) (240 Kms. / 6 hrs. appx.)

The Gwalior fort spreads out over an area of 3 square km, surrounded by concrete walls of sandstone. The Gwalior fort encloses three temples, six palaces and numerous water tanks. At a point of time Gwalior fort was regarded as North and Central India’s most invincible fortress. The fort was built by Raja Man Singh Tomar in the 15th century. The fort of Gwalior has seen many ups and downs of history. In the course of almost five hundred years, the Gwalior fort went from one ruler to another.

Man Mandir Palace was constructed by Man Singh Tomar between the years 1486-1517. The palace was ruled by various rulers such as Kachwaha Rajputs, Qutubiddin Aibawk, the Tomaras, Mughals, Marathas, the British and the Scindias. Influenced by both Hindu and medieval architecture, the exteriors of the palace are decorated with designed tiles. The chambers are decorated with carved stone walls. The interiors of the palace are designed with coloured paintings of human figures, animals and flowers and glazed tiles.

Jai Vilas Palace was constructed by Maharaja Jayaji Rao Scindia in 1874 at a cost of Rs. 1 crore. It is a fine example of European architecture, designed and built by Sir Michael Filose. A combination of architectural styles, the first storey is Tuscan, the second Italian-Doric and the third Corinthian. The area of the Jai Vilas palace is 12,40,771 square feet and it is particularly famous for its large Durbar Hall. The interior of the Durbar Hall is decorated with gilt and gold furnishings and adorned with a huge carpet and gigantic chandeliers. It is 100 feet long, 50 feet wide and 41 feet in height..

Khajuraho – The temples in Khajuraho are divided into three complexes. The most popular temple complex in Khajuraho of the three is the western complex on the western side as the name suggests, which houses the Kandariya Mahadeva Temple – the largest temple at Khajuraho.

Meenakshi Temple, is a historic Hindu temple located on the southern bank of the Vaigai River in the temple city of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. It is dedicated to Meenakshi, a form of Parvati, and her consort, Sundareshwar, a form of Shiva. The temple is at the center of the ancient temple city of Madurai mentioned in the Tamil Sangam literature, with the goddess temple mentioned in 6th century CE texts.

Day 18 Madurai – Trichy (By Road) (132 Kms. / 2H 10M appx.)
After breakfast drive to Trichy.
Evening visit temples of Trichy one of the very ancient towns of Tamil Nadu, has many interesting relics of Pallay art ( 7th century A.D.) – only 6 miles away is the great temple of Srirangam – an island on the Cauvery. This is a massive temple with a 100 pillar hall highly decorated with carvings. Overnight at hotel.

Day 19 Trichy – Tanjore (By Road) (58 Kms. / 1H 10M appx.)
After breakfast drive to Tanjore. Afternoon sightseeing of Tanjore. Also called a city of temples, Tanjore is dotted with no fewer than 74 temples – the most famous of which is the Brihadeshwara temple. Visit this fascinating temple and the Thanjavur Palace.

Tanjore is once the capital of the Cholas, a powerful dynasty of the kings who ruled from the 10th to the 14th Centuries A.D. is to this day, a well known center of classical art and literature. Also visit the Saraswathi Mahal Library containing rare collections of ancient books and manuscripts in various languages on various subjects.

Day 20 Tanjore – Kumbakonam – Chidabaram – Pondicherry (178 Kms. / 4H)
After breakfast drive to Pondicherry.

Afternoon sightseeing of Pondicherry visiting This former French Colonial city in Tamil Nadu didn’t come under Indian rule until 1954. the ashram at Auroville, built by followers of Sri Aurobindo, a philosopher/prophet born in 1870. The International town where people of different countries reside belongs to humanity as a whole. Matrimandir the famous monument is constructed by the Auroville Society which represent the flower Lotus. Also visit 400 years old Manakula Vinayagar Temple which has several fresco paintings on the walls telling the life story of half human and half animal lord. You shall also visit Sri Aurobindo Ashram named after Sri Aurobindo, who was a National Leader, famous for his integral Yoga and philosophical literary works. A French lady, Madam Mirr Richard, followed his spiritual path and the Samadhi of both Sri Aurobindo and Mother are situated at main premises of the Ashram. Overnight at hotel.

Day 21 Pondicherry – Mahabalipruram  (By Road) (97 Kms. / 2H 10M)
After breakfast drive to Mahabalipuram (100 kms/3 hrs). Afternoon brings you to the shore temples lashed by the sea. This is one of the early temples to be constructed in this area. The “Five Rathas”, a group of monolithic monuments and animal figures carved out of solid rock – aare almost like an artist’s experiment in variety of form. Later on relax on the beach.

Day 22 Mahabalipuram – Kanchipuram – Chennai (142 Km/ 2H 50M)
Morning excursion to Kanchipuram & Mahabalipuram. Kanchipuram known as the Golden City of a Thousand Temples, is one of the oldest towns in India . It is famous for both its temples, many of them remarkably well preserved and for its hand – woven silks. Kanchipuram is one of the seven sacred cities of India and it is the only one associated with both Shiva and Vishnu. Visit Ekambareshwar Temple , Kailashnath Temple , Kamakshi Temple , the Vaikunthaperumal Temple , all built in the 7th and 8th centuries. With a weaving tradition dating back to the Pallava era (when silk was the royal cloth), Kanchipuram is justly famous for its particularly fine silk saris, embellished with stunning patterns. Visit the local homes of the weavers and watch them create magic out of silk thread into saris.

Mahabalipuram is a small, quiet seaside resort with a unique 7th century Shore Temple , a lovely beach and some of the most beautiful rock cut temples in the world. Situated on the shore of the Bay of Bengal , Mahabalipuram was already a famous seaport in the 1st century AD. This, town was a workshop for temple building. Visit the seven pagoda style shore temples, lashed by the waves of the sea and the seven rathas or temple chariots, a group of monolithic monuments & animal figures carved out of solid rock, the earliest known examples of Dravidian architecture. They were constructed in a single century long burst of creative enthusiasm, starting in the reign of Narasimhavarman 1 (AD 63068). End the visit by photography of the beautiful Shore temples at sunset.

Day 23 Chennai
After breakfast Sightseeing of Chennai The capital of the state of Tamil Nadu and the cultural Gateway to South India , Chennai is in some respects unlike other Indian cities. The National Art Gallery, the Museum with some beautiful temple prizes and the finest collection of South Indian bronzes are quite interesting. St. Mary’s Church, Peoples Park and the beautiful Marina Beach which is the second longest beach in the world as well as the clock towers are worth visiting and evening see traditional Dances. Day 24 Depart Chennai (By Flight)
Departure transfer to Chennai airport for flight to onward destination.

Day 01 Arrive Delhi (By Flight)
On the 1st day of the ‘Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh Tribal Tour’, Our tour representative will meet you at the Delhi airport/railway station and escort you to the hotel already booked for your stay. After relaxing for a few hours, go out on a sightseeing tour of Delhi covering Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Parliament Street and India Gate. Later, return back to the hotel for night stay.

Day 02 Delhi – Raipur (By Flight) / Raipur – Kanker (By Road) (128 Km/ 3H)
Following a leisurely breakfast in the morning, drive to the Delhi airport to board flight to Raipur. Upon arrival, leave by road for Kanker ( approximately 3 hour journey). On reaching there, move to the splendid Kanker Palace for night stay.

Day 03 Kanker – Kondagaon – Narayanpur – Kanker (By Road) (259 Km/ 5H)
Today, in the morning, our guides will pick you up and escort you to the tribal regions of Kondagaon and Narayanpur. Post breakfast, leave by road to visit the Keshkal Ghat bordered with the tribal district of Bastar. Later, drive to Kondagaon and Narayanpur, famous for their exquisite Bastar handicrafts. By evening, return back to the Kanker Palace for night stay.

Day 04 Kanker – Jagdalpur (BY Road) (123 Kms. / 2H 20M appx.)
Post breakfast in the morning, leave by road for Jagdalpur, the former capital of Bastar. Here, you will get a chance to meet and interact with various tribal groups of Bastar. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel. Post lunch, go out for a sightseeing tour of Jagdalpur. The places you will visit include Chitrakote Waterfalls and Anthropological Museum. Later, you will be taken to have trysts with the local Bison-Horn Maria tribe and witness their ceremonial dance performances. Later, return back to the hotel for night stay.

Day 05 Jagdalpur–Kanger Valley NP–Jagdalpur (40 Km / 1H 20M – One Way)
Today, after breakfast, start your journey towards the famous Kanger Valley National Park. The sanctuary is home to a wide variety of wildlife. Later, visit the nearby Stalactite and Stalagmite Caves and the Tirathgarh Waterfalls. By evening, return back to Jagdalpur for night stay.

Day 06 Jagdalpur – Raipur (By Road) (288 Kms. / 6H 22M appx.)
A visit to Raipur is on the cards on the 6th day of Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh Tour Package. Post breakfast in the morning, check out of your hotel and drive to Raipur (4 hours). It is the capital city of Chattisgarh. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. Post lunch, go out on a sightseeing tour of the Mahant Ghasidas Museum. Later, return back to the hotel for night stay.

Day 07 Raipur – Kawardha (By Road) (118 Kms. / 2H 28M appx.)
Today, understanding the lifestyle of the tribal people in Kawardha is on the cards. Post breakfast in the morning, check out of the hotel and leave by road for Kawardha. On reaching Kawardha, check in at the Kawardha Palace for overnight stay.

Day 08 Kawardha
Morning after breakfast, leave for a full-day sightseeing tour covering visits to Radha Krishna Temple, Saroda Reservoir, the enchanting and very famous Bhoramdeo Group of Temples and Lohara Bavli. Later, visit Baiga and Gond tribal villages that give you a clear idea of tribal life of Chhattisgarh. Evening, return to Kawardha Palace for night stay.

Day 09 Kawardha – Kanha National Park (By Road 91 Kms. / 2H 20M appx.)
Post breakfast in the morning, check out of the hotel and take a road trip to Kanha National Park, the famous wildlife sanctuary. On reaching Kanha, check in at the Tuli Jungle Resort. Post lunch, enjoy an exciting jungle safari in the national park. Later, return back for an overnight stay in the resort.

Day 10 Kanha National Park
Today, spend the entire day in enjoying the wildlife safari at this wildlife sanctuary. On the 10th day, enjoy two jungle safaris (morning and afternoon) to explore the length and breadth of this wildlife sanctuary and watching animals in their natural turf. By evening, return back to the resort for night stay.

Day 11 Kanha NP–Jabalpur (263 Km/ 6H)/ Jabalpur–Bhopal  (By O/n Train)
Today, after breakfast in the morning, leave by road for Jabalpur. En route, halt for the sightseeing tour at Marble Rocks. The shimmering white rocks located nearby Bedaghat. Later, proceed towards Jabalpur. Upon arrival, drive to the railway station to board train to Bhopal. Overnight journey on board.

Day 12 Arrive Bhopal (By Train)
Early morning arrival in Bhopal followed by assisted transfer to the hotel by our tour representative. After a short rest, proceed on a sightseeing tour of Bhopal. The major places you will cover include Taj-UL-Masjid, Bharat Bhawan (the center for visual and performing arts) and the Jama Masjid. Later, return back to the hotel for night stay.

Day 13 Bhopal – Sanchi – Bhopal (By Road) (48 Km / 1 H – One Way)
Today, you will be taken to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Sanchi, famous for its Buddhist pilgrimage site in Madhya Pradesh. Have breakfast and go out on a full day excursion to Sanchi. The spectacular stupas, monasteries and temples located in Sanchi dates back to the 3rd and the 12th century B.C. Later, you will visit the famous Ashoka Pillar before leaving for Bhopal in the evening. Later, return back to the hotel for night stay.

Day 14 Bhopal – Agra (By Train – 15:15 PM / 21:11 PM)
The morning is free to relax in the comforts of your room. Post lunch, drive to the Bhopal railway station to board the train to Agra. By evening, arrive in Agra followed by assisted transfer to the hotel for night stay.

Day 15 Agra
In the morning, after breakfast, go out for a full day tour of Agra. Start your journey with a visit to the famous Taj Mahal, one of the ‘Seven Wonders of the World’ and an ode to the eternal love of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal. Later, proceed to the majestic Red Fort, a red sandstone edifice and the erstwhile demesne of the Mughal rulers. The fort complex is home to several gardens, halls and palaces. Later, return to the hotel for night stay.

Day 16 Agra – Delhi (By Road) (232 Kms. / 4H 45M appx.) / Depart Delhi
Today is the last day of your Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh Tour. Post breakfast in the morning, check out of your hotel and leave by road for Delhi. Upon arrival, check in at the Hotel Ashok Country Resort to rest and relax. In the evening, drive to the New Delhi airport/railway station for onward journey.
