Saint Lucia is an Eastern Caribbean island nation with a pair of dramatically tapered mountains, the Pitons, on its west coast. You can also explore St Lucia on your own (Optional) A journey southwards from Castries will reveal the iconic twin Pitons rising 2,000 feet up from the sea and dominating the skyline as you near Soufriere. Hike through the National Rain Forest and you will encounter orchids, giant ferns and birds of paradise whilst back in the north, a walk to the top of historic Fort Rodney on Pigeon Island affords spectacular views. For an unforgettable experience, whale watching trips provide regular sightings.

You can relax in St Lucia (Optional) Whether basking with the Pitons as your backdrop or lounging on the sands of the north, St Lucia`s beaches offer a wonderful setting for soaking up the Caribbean sun. A leisurely boat trip to Soufriere or Marigot Bay offers an alternative perspective of the island`s spectacular coastline and other activities include horseback riding, snorkelling the coral reefs, spa hotels and the championship St Lucia Golf Club provide a range of leisurely pastimes.

Day 05: St Lucia
After breakfast day is free at leisure. You can also opt for Drive In with the difference St Lucia lays claim to the world`s only drive-in volcano, also known as the sulphur springs. The last eruption was in the late 1700`s and the volcano is now dormant, as indicated by the pervading smell of sulphur. However, there are still signs of activity, with boiling mud, water and steam emerging from the crater.
